Meet Jessa

Jessablog

Jessa is my little brown eyed cutie.  She is four, and is the most rambunctious, out-going little girl that I have ever met.  She almost always has a smile on her face, and her laughter is the most infectious you will ever hear.  She will go to great lengths to make others smile too!

Jessa is in preschool.  She loves it so much, and will often beg for a day of school on the weekend.  Math concepts and abstract thinking come easily for her, and she is advanced for her age in those areas.  Being in the homeschool environment is a blessing for her because I am able to customize work based on her strengths and weaknesses.

Jessa has some unusual gifts for a four year old.  First she has a giving spirit, and is often sharing her candy or whatever yummy treat she is eating with her sisters.  Second, she puts others needs above her’s.  She will randomly come and rub my shoulders or stop her play to comfort her fussy baby sister.  She definitely has a servant’s heart in the making.

Things Jessa likes include dance, horseback riding, and playing “babies”.  Her coordination is not all there yet, so dance can be quite comical for the viewer.  Her confidence grows a little bigger each time she gets on a horse, and her mothering skills are getting developed as she cares for her little babies.  Her kindness and compassion shine bright, even during play.

Jessa is a mirror in my face.  By just being herself, Jessa shows me that I have areas to improve in my life, even at this young age.  I am very privileged to be the mom of such a sweet little girl.
